FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is this YouTube video downloader free?
Yes. This tool is free within the stated limits: one public video at a time, up to 20 minutes and a maximum output of 150 MB. Availability depends on the source.
Can I download YouTube videos in 720p or 1080p?
Yes, when those resolutions are available for the video in a supported format. The quality selector only lists supported source resolutions. There is no 4K output or upscaling.
Does the MP4 include sound?
Yes. A result is only marked ready after the service checks that it contains both video and AAC audio. If the selected format cannot be prepared, the task reports an error.
Why did my download fail?
The video may be unavailable, restricted, too long, too large, or missing a supported format. Source services can also reject requests. Check the displayed error before retrying; repeated attempts do not guarantee success.
Can I download playlists, private videos or MP3 audio?
No. This tool prepares a single public video as MP4. It does not support playlists, private or sign-in-only content, DRM-protected videos, or MP3 extraction.
How long is my download link available?
The prepared file expires 20 minutes after processing. Save it promptly. After expiry, preparing another file requires a new task.
Why does an MP4 not play on my older device?
MP4 is a container. The service prefers AV1 video with AAC audio when available and otherwise uses H.264. Some older devices do not support AV1; use a compatible player.
