By using ToolPouch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The service
ToolPouch provides free browser tools for working with public media links, subtitles and CSV files. The tools are offered as they are. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we make no commitment about availability or uptime.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you submit and what you download. Only download material you own, that is licensed to you, or that you are otherwise legally entitled to save. You must also follow the terms of the service you download from, such as YouTube's or Instagram's terms, and the law where you live.
Prohibited use
You may not use ToolPouch to bypass digital rights management, paywalls or access controls; to download private, paid or age-restricted content; to scrape or automate requests in bulk; to resell or redistribute the tools; to upload malware; or to interfere with the site, its rate limits or other users.
Third-party content and trademarks
ToolPouch is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Instagram or Meta. Names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe what a tool works with. A generated direct link is not a licence: we grant you no rights in the media you download, and any permission must come from the rights holder.
Our content
The ToolPouch name, design, text and code are owned by ToolPouch Studio. You may use the site for personal or internal business purposes; you may not copy it to run a competing service or present it as your own.
No warranty
The tools are provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a tool will work with every link or file, that conversions are lossless, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Always keep your own copy of any file you convert.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolPouch Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for lost data or profits, or for anything that happens on a third-party site you reach from here. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use means you accept it. If a provision turns out to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Questions about these terms can go to the contact address below.
